The most recent one that I watched, I heard the bride say something that kinda got my back up
Does that sound harsh?
I have nothing against people that are overweight, but moaning that you won't like how you look in certain clothes that "make" you look fat won't change how you feel
It's an excuse!
Blaming clothes for looking fat is one excuse, another common one I hear is "I am big boned"
Part of our body composition measuring methods means we can measure how much bone mineral you have!
The most I have measure on a 98kg man is 3.4kg, the least is 1.9kg!
That's a difference of 1 and a half bags of sugar! Hardly the reason for the excess fat!
We call it ambivalence!
Wanting something but not wanting it at the same time!

But you don't want to give up cake!
You want to get stronger but don't want to spend hours in the gym
Basically.want something without putting the work in!
Well unfortunately that doesn't happen, nothing in life is free!
But every one of you reading this can achieve whatever you want in life! To do that that you need a few things
1) A destination and a route! What exactly do you want to achieve? When you use your sat nav, you know the postcode of your detination and the computer tells you your route. It's the same with weight loss, focus on your end goal. Focus on the feelings of success. How will that toned body make you feel? How will you feel picking your dress knowing you'll look fantastic in anything? How will it feel to be a size 10 or 8 again, everyone commenting on how amazing you look!
Write all of these feelings down, all the things you want to achieve and why! This is step one!

2) Support! To achieve great fat loss we need the help of our loved ones and friends, even our work colleagues! With all the best will in the world to lose weight, constantly being offered biscuits and cakes at work, tempted out by your friends, or your husband ordering in a pizza will break even the strongest of will power! Speak to your support network and get them on board.
3) Daily habits! Doing things daily is the best way to help change behaviour. I am not talking about huge lifestyle changes, it may start with just going to bed 15 minutes earlier each day, and doing a 2 min stretch each morning. Once you have mastered these habits you build on to them and before you know it you have a heap of healthy habits that are TRANSFORMING how you look
