And her weight had dropped 4lbs
She was a little disappointed!
But hey 1/2 a pound a week is still better than most (particularly after Xmas and New Year when most have GAINED)

Once i told her that her face changed!
All the "hard" work paid off
I say "hard" because she still ate chocolate, still had alcohol, but we focused on eating meat, fish, veg, potatoes, rice, fruit, eggs 80% of the time

I also asked her what other changes had happened
Weirdly she said her nails are growing a lot faster and are a lot stronger
She is sleeping better
Has much more energy
And the home workouts she is doing are getting easier <---- She is fitter and stronger
