4 Skinless salmon fillets
5cm piece of ginger, peeled
half bunch coriander
2 tablespoons chilli paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Add all ingriedients in a food processor until it makes a rough mixture. Form into burger shapes and fry in coconut oil for 4 minutes per side.
